MotoMate (“MotoMate”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a digital automobile service platform and a product owned and operated by MH10 Group Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which subscriptions to the MotoMate App may be cancelled or refunded.
1. Subscription Overview
MotoMate offers the following subscription plans for mechanics in India:
- Monthly Subscription: ₹499
- Yearly Subscription: ₹4999 (discounted)
- Initial 3-month free trial, where applicable
All paid plans are billed in advance.
2. Free Trial
Users may be eligible for a 3-month free trial at the time of onboarding. No charges are applied during the trial period. At the end of the trial, users may choose to subscribe or discontinue usage of the app.
MotoMate reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop future billing
- Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial cancellations are applicable for an ongoing billing period

4. Refund Policy
As a general rule, all payments made for MotoMate subscriptions are non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Incorrect charge caused by a system issue
- Failed service activation after successful payment
In such cases, users must raise a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. No Refund in These Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of the subscription period
- Failure to cancel before subscription renewal
- Lack of usage of the app after payment
- Business outcomes, expectations, or preferences not being met
6. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Cashfree. MotoMate does not store card or banking details on its servers.
Any billing or payment dispute should first be raised with MotoMate before initiating a chargeback or complaint with the payment provider.
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
8. Changes to This Policy
MH10 Group Private Limited may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
